It is an honour and a privilege to be a part of harsh pvt. The institute that stands for excellence and continuously sets the highest standards. With an object of ensuring a steady flow of skilled personnel and to reduce unemployment amongst the educated youth by equipping them with required skills. Eduation and discipline for suitable industrial employment as well as self employment, Industrial Training lnstituts are aiffiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), New Delhi through the Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGET), In the Ministry of Labour, Government of India, New Delhi. They impart training in different trades. Some of the trades are Electrician, Wireman, Fashion technology andArthltectural assistant.
The institute has facilities for updating and upgrading skill levels in the field of CAD/CAM, Control Technologies, Meterology, Machine shop, Electrical, Wireman, Fashion technology, Architectural assistant. This institute lmpart training for studens to make them competent, motivated and encourages the overall growth of an Individual by inculcation human values and concerns of society and environment through short term courses on soft skills and HRD for workers. Institute also imparts training in the use of modern audio visual aids for improved micro teaching, training to the instructors of ITI/ITCs. For the comfortable stay of outstation participants, the institute has a Well furnished hostel with Executive Rooms and Boarding facilities in addition to Dispensary and Chief Medical Officer for medical assistance.
In today’s scenario, value system as understood and practiced by each member of an Industrial organization (not limited only to top) is of special importance for survival and growth and would surely include aspects like caring, knowledge-driven, transparency and openness, team work, good ethics and credibility. As such all are invited to take full advantage of the facilities available with this Institute for the continuous improvement of skills. Employable skills are enhanced with our training and trained participants are well absorbed in the institute takes utmost care In placement of these trainees. l am committed not only to maintain the impeccable image and highest standards but also to carry them forward to new heights.
The importance of education and training in the life of an individual cannot be overstated. It shapes individuals in their formative years and imbues them with values that would govern all their choices in life. It is said ‘If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate and train the people’. Indeed, one can even say that the quality of education and training will determine the destiny of the nation. For me, Education and training does not mean providing answers. It means equipping the pupil with the means to find the answers for himself and within himself. Education and training empowers students to discover themselves who they are as people. Within each student is a doctor, an engineer, a social activist, a sports person, an environmentalist, a poet, an author or an economist. The instructors support them in channelizing resources vis-a-vis their dreams thus, sustainably generating civilized and productive human capital for serving our motherland in line with the Subh Gaurav Society’s motto‘Service Before Self’.
Over the years in the harsh pvt I have witnessed in our students an unparalleled knowledge base, more practical base, a vibrant dynamism, an acute consciousness about the world around them, a focused ambition and a sustained commitment. I am also fortunate to have an experienced and committed team, which has brought the harsh ITI to its present stature. I, along with my team of silent workers and dedicated faculty, intend to build on this strong foundation and raise the standards in all spheres, to the zenith. My aim is not only to be an able administrator but also to be a friend, philosopher and guide to students one whom they can count on and trust at all times. I assure you that my doors will always be open to the students and that parents for any suggestion or guidance.
